“I’m Justina, the person behind Beauty Bar.

I started Beauty Bar in 2008 after moving from London to Hertfordshire, having previously trained and worked in beauty salon in Mayfair. Over the years I’ve continued to train in permanent makeup, medical micropigmentation, aesthetics, advanced skin treatments and lash extensions, as the techniques and products in the industry constantly change.

I’ve worked in the beauty industry for over 23 years, including more than a decade training others in various beauty treatments.

Today, my work is mainly focused on permanent makeup and aesthetic treatments, alongside selected skin treatments and lash extensions.

I don’t believe every treatment suits every person. Before carrying out a treatment, I look at your features, skin, previous treatments and what you’re actually hoping to achieve. If I don’t think something is appropriate for you, I’ll tell you.

For me, good results aren’t about making someone look different. They’re about making an improvement that still looks like you.”

Every appointment starts with understanding what you want to change and what you would like the result to look like.

We explain what a treatment can realistically achieve, what I would recommend and, just as importantly, what I wouldn’t recommend.

For permanent makeup and aesthetics, this matters because it is important to choose the right treatment. Sometimes a smaller change gives a better result.

Your treatment plan is based on your features, skin, anatomy and individual circumstances, rather than simply following a particular trend or copying your friend’s treatment.

At Beauty Bar all treatments are carried out using correct professional hygiene and safety procedures.

We only use single use needles, cartridges and disposable equipment.

Beauty Bar is fully insured and accredited and we continue to undertake professional trainings to improve skills and knowledge.

Before treatment, we ask you about relevant medical history, medication and other factors that may affect your suitability.
